Here is a yummy shake recipe. It is refreshing and you will be satisfied until your next meal.
Two scoops of Chocolate Protein (I choose Muscle Gain by Advocare).
1 cup of Blueberries.
1 cup of spinach.
1 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt.
A splash of Unsweetened Almond Milk.
Water (just enough to allow ingredients to blend).
Blend and enjoy.
